In a 2007 study by the Journal of Qualitative Criminology, sampling 8,984 16-17 year olds, it was discovered that incarcerated youth have a 20% higher likelihood of recidivism than non-incarcerated youth. (p.21) http://bit.ly/2Ag8Kwp #advocacyfoundation
